Former hotel "Central"
The
original building on this site was constructed in 1894. as a
neo-renaissance building, with three floors. For many years, it was a
favorite hotel for the citizens of Karlovac and one of the most
prestigious places in the city. The hotel is located between the
historical central city and the park area along the Korana River.
Because of the war damage the building needs complete reconstruction.
The site has public utilities available.
