The City of Karlovac has business zones situated in the north and south parts of the city. Their locations are specified in the city urban plan and their primary purpose is manufacturing, production, retail or commerce. The City of Karlovac now has more then 300 ha of land for business zones with different levels of available public utilities. The most attractive areas for investment are situated on the north of the city, adjacent to the intersection of the state highways from Zagreb to Split, and from Zagreb to Rijeka.
